Shipping charges are for one order shipped to one address. If you request shipment to more than one address, the charges will apply to each location based on the cost of shipment to that location.

ATS Resources offers a 30-day guarantee on most products sold, with the exclusion of exchange or refund (less shipping, handling, and return charges).
Shipping Errors:
Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:
1. Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims can not be made if packing material is missing.
2. Report the damage immediately to FedEx.
3. Do not ship the package back to ATS Resources. Wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please call ATS Resources customer service for instructions on how to return it for replacement. Replacements are made on the defective items only if returned to ATS Resources within 30 days of the original shipment.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please hold onto your packing slip. This is your receipt and return form. If you wish to return a product(s) within 30 days of purchase. Repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton. Include all instruction manuals, warranty cards, the original packing materials, and your completed Return Form.

The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranties:
Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty policies. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fail within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need to verify the manufacturer's address and/or telephone number, call our customer service department. Do not send items back to ATS Resources to be repaired.
