Open Box and Discontinued items may be returned within 30 days for a store credit. New items may bereturned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, assuming product is in resalable condition and has all original packing and manuals.
ATS Resources has a "Try Before you Buy" philosophy. The ATS Resources team wants to ensure anything purchased is utilized once you arrive home, and does not sit in a box collecting dust. This sometimes resultsin a box being opened offering the client an opportunity to plug in and use while in the store. If the customer decides not to purchase, the product becomes an open box item.
ATS Resources has more than 10 years experience purchasing, testing, and repairing assistive devices. All products are tested in-house before making available to the customer, and ATS Resources only purchases products made by vendors with a proven history in making assistive devices.
